  • Knee or Feet depending on capability
  • "Soft - V" position at rest
  • Solid chest, shoulders, and head
  • Hips forward and up
  • Posterior Pelvic Tilt with glute and ab contraction
  • Hold 3-5 seconds
  • Return to rest position
  • Repeat
